Woe be unto you

If you have the misfortune to be flying into Houston this evening.
That's not concrete you see in the street. That's water.
We've been a bit behind on rainfall as of late.
Catching up now.

    I'm to the east, and it's so dry the ground is cracked. Rain will be good, but not so much at one time.

    We are experiencing the same thing.
    Flooding has been a real issue this year.
