    I saw that story, too. Laughed until my sides hurt!

    Just reaffirms why I bank with credit unions and one small, locally owned bank.

    However, I have on my agenda to fire up the Cessna and fly to Bonham to open an account with this bank:

    Brenham bank is pro-Second Amendment

    We usually land in Brenham for lunch and fuel on our way to Galveston or Port Bolivar, so it's not like it would be out of our way or anything.

    Hmmmm. Putting this on the List Of Things To Do This Summer.

    I live about 45 minutes from Brenham...

    Actually, tomorrow I am going to Chappel Hill to buy some meat from the sausage company and meat market up there and stopping in Hempstead to go to the farmer's market for produce.

    I'm starting to get a little paranoid about food that we get in the grocery stores. I'm trying to go as local as possible.
