It appears that the nations producing a net release of CO2 and the nations providing a net absorption of CO2 are exactly opposite of what the global worming sciencytists sciencitists sceinstists snake oil salesmen have previously presented.  Take that hippies, and I'll take my CO2 reparations in small bills, thankyouverymuch.
